How we choose what to review

We start from real buying questions people actually search for — “does Sugar Defender actually work,” “is ColonBroom worth it” — and cover products that are genuinely getting search volume and purchase interest. We prioritize products with enough public information and customer feedback that we can research them thoroughly and compare them honestly against the alternatives.

How we research

• We research ingredients and claims against publicly available information rather than just repeating brand marketing copy.
• We compare against alternatives so every recommendation is relative to what else you could buy for the same goal.
• We’re upfront about what we haven’t tested ourselves — reviews are clearly labeled as research-based unless we note otherwise.
• We revisit and update reviews when a product changes, gets discontinued, or a better alternative emerges.
